APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93368
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of March 2024 James W. Bentley and Mary Ann Bentley, as Trustees of the Bentley Family 1995 Trust of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 0.099 c.f.s., 40.00 a.f.a, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Proof V-04594. Water will be diverted from Sheridan Creek at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 15, T12N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 15 bears S 72 degrees 20 minutes 31 seconds W, a distance of 5,412.47 feet (approx. 170 feet SW of the intersection of SR 206 & Corie Court in Sheridan, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from April 1st to October 15th of each year.
