APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 86403
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of August 2016 Ranch No. 1 Limited Partnership of Genoa, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.05 c.f.s., 11.2 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 10, T13N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 10 bears S 44 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 1,133.0 feet (approx. 0.40 miles SE of the intersection of Foothill Road and Genoa Lane in Genoa, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
