APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93194
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 27th day of December 2023 Robert Heindl of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.161 c.f.s., 40.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 24696, Certificate 8284. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 32, T14N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 32 bears S 63 degrees 50 minutes 21.2 seconds E, a distance of 3,480 feet (approx. 1 mile NE of US395 and Johnson Lane in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 32, T14N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 32 bears S 86 degrees 32 minutes W, a distance of 1,280 feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
