APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93233
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 23rd day of January 2024 West Ridge Homes, Inc. of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0846 c.f.s., 5.64 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 24674, Certificate 8292. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 24, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 24 bears N 77 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds E, a distance of 2,364.8 feet (approx. 1,450 feet W-SW of the intersection of Arabian Ln. & Mustang Ln. in Gardnerville, NV). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 24, T12N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 24 bears N 61 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds E, a distance of 1,186.7 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
