APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 91680
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 29th day of March 2022 The Ross Trust, dated April 6, 2002 of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.0028 c.f.s. and 2.00 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section 8, T10N, R23E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 8 bears S 17 degrees 32 minutes 28 seconds W, a distance of 1,119.11 feet (approx. 8 miles East of the intersection Hwy 395 & Hwy 208 in Douglas County, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
