Nevada Wolf Pack could be better next season, and opponents will be ready

It’s been a few days since Nevada’s disappointing 69-68 loss to Loyola of Chicago. What made the Loyola loss tough to take was that it was a game Nevada should have won. Maybe I’m wrong, but I think Nevada wins seven of 10 times if they meet head-to-head.

Pack handles March Madness pressure

I’ve said it many times, and I’ll say it again, March Madness is the best sporting event on the face of the planet. That’s saying something coming from a diehard baseball guy like myself, but college basketball in March beats a World Series any day of the week even if the Giants and A’s are involved. It beats a Stanley Cup final or an NBA final.
