The Carson Valley Arts Council's fourth annual concert series continues with the Great Basin Brass, 7 p.m. today, at the CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda Ave., in Minden. ShowBiz Kids perform Saturday

Cast members from the All City High School/Middle School production of "Grease" perform "Sandra Dee" and "Greased Lightnin'"on Saturday. Musical revue auditions

Auditions for the Carson Valley Community Theater's musical revue, "Broadway Through the Decades," are 6-9 p.m. Feb. 24 and 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 27 at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden. Hartwick is a 20-year resident of the Gardnerville/Carson City area. She graduated from Western Nevada College, where she took writing classes from instructors Marilee Swirczek and Ursula Carlson.
