Carson Valley Inn entertainment

The Millionaire$ continue in the Carson Valley Inn's Cabaret Lounge through Monday, Shake, Rattle & Roll appears Tuesday through May 17 and the Gardners entertain on May 18.

Rick and Dana are The Millionaire$ featuring top 40, classic rock and pop music.

Shake, Rattle & Roll has a song list of more than 500 classic rock 'n roll tunes of the '50s, '60s and '70s. The band is Steve Baldwin on lead vocals, Andy Highhouse, guitar; Michael Tucker, bass and vocals; Alan Zucker on drums and Bill Crane on keyboards and vocals.

Live entertainment presented with no cover and no minimum with five 45-minute shows starting on the hour at 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Mumbo Gumbo at CVIC Hall

The Carson Valley Arts Council concert series continues with Mumbo Gumbo tonight at the CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda in Minden. Carson Valley Arts Council and Wild Horse Productions present Patrick Ball and the Medieval Beasts performing 'The Flame of Love,' May 16 at the CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda, Minden.

The Flame of Love is a spoken word and musical retelling of the medieval legend of Tristan and Iseult. Doors open at 6 p.m. with a no-host bar by the Carson Valley Community Theater.
