Audition workshop

Pre-audition workshops for "High School Musical 2" are offered for age 7 and older through Wild Horse Children's Theater, 1-4 p.m. Saturday, at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada in Carson City.

'Loving Lives' opens Aug. 21

The Unnamed Acting Company and Wild Horse Productions present "Loving Lives," 7 p.m. Aug. 21, 22, 28, 29, 30, at The Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, 813 N. Carson St., Carson City. 'A Year with Frog and Toad' leaps to stage

Wild Horse Children's Theater presents, "A Year with Frog and Toad, Kids," family musical, 4 p.m. Aug. 22, 23, 29 and 30 at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada.

'High School Musical 2'

Wild Horse Children's Theater holds auditions for Disney's "High School Musical 2, On Stage," 4 p.m. Sept. 10 and 12, at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, 813 N. Carson St., Carson City.

Actors age 8-18 should prepare a song of a minute shorter with CD accompaniment with no background vocals. A short movement piece will be taught.
