Super Dog Saturday adoption event barkin' good fun for pooches and their owners

A Super Dog Saturday adoption event is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 4 at the Douglas County Animal Shelter, 921 Pinenut Road, Gardnerville.

Adoption day specials include; Free spay or neuter with most adult dog/cat adoptions, and a tailgate party. Participants can enjoy chili and other goodies, while finding the perfect Super Bowl companion. Wilbur, Pablo Picasso, Sheba, Cinnamon and many others are waiting to come cheer your team.
