NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that Patricia L. Osborne is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the Family Trust of Charles W. Elliott and Betty M. Elliott, dated February 14, 2007, and any amendments thereto.
Grantor of said Trust Document Betty M. Elliott died on November 2, 2015. Grantor of said Trust Document Charles W. Elliott died on March 9, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the settlor or against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
