NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to NRS 111.689(3) and NRS 155.020 that the undersigned, GERALD ANTHONY BROWN and JEFFREY ALLEN BROWN, are the beneficiaries under a deed upon death (APN: 1220-22- 110-039) executed by PATRICIA E. BROWN and GERALD V. BROWN (grantors) on the 28th day of June, 2011, and that said grantors died on June 5, 2020 (PATRICIA ELLEN BROWN) and on October 10, 2021 (GERALD VINCENT BROWN) and that said grantors had a date of birth of January 16, 1943 (PATRICIA ELLEN BROWN) and April 14, 1939 (GERALD VINCENT BROWN).
A creditor having a claim against the grantors,
or their estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this Notice.
