NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that Pamala Toler Midkiff is the Surviving Grantor and Co-Trustee of The Midkiff 2000 Trust, and that Gary D. Midkiff, the Grantor and Co-Trustee of said Trust, died on January 15, 2023, being at the time of his death a resident of Nevada. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
