NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents NANCY L. CAMERON and JEFFREY A. VERPLANK as the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE BOURNE FAMILY 2004 TRUST. That PAUL S. BOURNE and BETTY J. BOURNE were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That PAUL S. BOURNE, also known as PAUL SAMUEL BOURNE died on July 19, 2018. That BETTY J. BOURNE died on October 29, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or on behalf of PAUL S. BOURNE or BETTY J. BOURNE must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Co-Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
