APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 85450
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 21st
day of September 2015 Bentley Family Trust,
James W. Bentley Trustee made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to
appropriate .265 c.f.s., 37.92 a.f.s. of the public
waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to
be made from Sheridan Creek Drain Water
at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 of
Section 14, T12N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point
from which the W1/4 corner of Section 15,
T12N, R19E, MDB&M bears S 89 degrees 55
minutes 1.2 seconds W, a distance of 6,050.8
feet (approx. 5 miles SW of Gardnerville, NV).
Water will be used for irrigation purposes from
April 1st to October 15th of each year.
