APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91828
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th
day of May 2022 The Seward Family Trust
Dated February 17, 2021 of Genoa, Nevada
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to change the point of
diversion, place and manner of use of 0.012
c.f.s., 3.00 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore
appropriated under Permit 77645. Water will
be diverted from an underground source at a
point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section
10, T13N, R19E, MDB&M or at a point from
which the NW corner of said Section 10 bears
N 53 degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds W, a
distance of 3,486 feet (approx. 0.7 miles NE
of the intersection of Foothill Rd.& Genoa
Ln. in Genoa, NV). Water will be used for
commercial purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year. The existing
point of diversion was located within the NE1/4
NE1/4 of Section 36, T12N, R19E, MDB&M,
or at a point from which the NE corner of said
Section 36 bears N 52 degrees 38 minutes 08
seconds E, a distance of 1,451.49 feet. Water
was used for irrigation purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year.
