APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 69138
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
6th day of September 2002 Sierra Nevada
SW Enterprises (new owner: Wild Harmony
Water, LLC of Gardnerville, Nevada) made
application to the State Engineer of Nevada
for permission to change the point of diversion
and place of use of 14.05 irrigated acres,
a portion of water heretofore appropriated
under Claim 146 of the Carson River Decree.
Water will be diverted from the East Fork of
the Carson River at a point located within the
NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 10, T12N, R20E,
MDB&M. Water will be used as decreed. The
existing point of diversion was located within
the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 10, T12N, R20E,
MDB&M. Water was used as decreed.
