APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92571
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 31st
day of March 2023 Bently Family, LLC of Minden, Nevada made application to the State
Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of a prorata share of the diversion rate, for the irrigation of 12.40 acres, of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 74512. Water will be
diverted from the East Fork Carson River at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 4, T12N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 4 bears N 56 degrees 29 minutes 17 seconds E, a distance of 2,876.43 feet (approx. 0.17 miles East of Precision Dr. & Business Parkway in Carson Valley, NV). Water will be used as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located from the left bank in the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 10, T12N, R20E, MDB&M (Edna-Wilsef or Dressler Ditch). Water was used as decreed.
