GIVEN PURSUANT TO NRS 164.025

Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada

Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the

undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified

successor Trustee of The LaVerne J. Bible Revocable

Living Trust established on August 31,

1999 and restated on May 8, 2018. LaVerne

J. Bible, Grantor and Trustee of The LaVerne

J. Bible Revocable Living Trust, died on June

3, 2023. Any creditor having a claim against

LaVerne J. Bible individually or The LaVerne J.

Bible Revocable Living Trust must file a claim

with the undersigned at the address given below

within ninety (90) days after mailing or the first

publication of this notice, as the case may be.
