NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that SEAN RICHARD NEWTON is
the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of the Ronald R. Newton and Shirley
J. Newton Family Trust, dated April 3, 1992,
and any amendments thereto. Settlor
SHIRLEY J. NEWTON died on April 3, 2016.
Settlor and surviving spouse, RONALD R.
NEWTON, died on June 15, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within
ninety (90) days of date of the first publication
of this Notice.
