Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that CYNTHIA J. MORGAN is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of
the MAT0532 Irrevocable Trust, dated December
30, 2015. Settlor MARY ANNE TOPPING
died on February 20, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address below within ninety
(90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
