Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that EMILY SHORT is the duly appointed
and qualified Successor Trustee of the J.M.
Short Living Trust, dated August 6, 2018. Settlor
JAMES M. SHORT died on March 24, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address below within ninety
(90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
