On 1/19/2023, the Douglas County Board
of Commissioners ADOPTED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1609
TITLE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance No.
2005-1144 regarding the First Amendment
to the Meridian Business Park Development
Agreement originally recorded as Document
No. 192040 on December 05, 1988 given the
fact that all obligations under the Development
Agreement by the parties thereto have been
met.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on February 2, 2023 and was adopted by
the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes
Rice, Sharla Hales, Walt Nowosad, Danny
