On 1/19/2023, the Douglas Board of
Commissioners ADOPTED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1611
TITLE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance No.
93-593 which approved the original Carson
Valley Business Park Development Agreement
on June 3, 1993; and Ordinance 98-829 which
approved the First Amendment to the Carson
Valley Business Park on May 7, 1998.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on February 2, 2023 and was adopted by
the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes
Rice, Sharla Hales, Walt Nowosad, Danny
Tarkanian
