On 12/1/2022, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners INTRODUCED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1609
TITLE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance
No. 2005-1144 regarding the First
Amendment to the Meridian Business
Park Development Agreement originally
recorded as Document No. 192040 on
December 05, 1988 given the fact that
all obligations under the Development
Agreement by the parties thereto have
been met.
SUMMARY: An ordinance repealing
Ordinance No. 2005-1144 regarding the
First Amendment to the Meridian Business
Park Development Agreement originally
recorded as Document No. 192040 on
December 05, 1988 given the fact that
all obligations under the Development
Agreement by all parties thereto have
been met, and as a result the Development
Agreement should be formally terminated.
Formal termination occurs by repealing
the ordinances adopting the Development
Agreement and any subsequent
amendments thereto.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be
held on 1/19/2023. A copy of this ordinance is
on file in the Clerkâs Office for public review.
