APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92173

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

30th day of September 2022 Bently Family

Limited Partnership of Minden, Nevada

made application to the State Engineer of

Nevada for permission to change the point

of diversion and place of use of 0.23 c.f.s.,

35.84 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore

appropriated under Permit 76296. Water will

be diverted from an underground source at a

point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 Section

9, T12N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from

which the SW corner of said Section 9 bears

S 59 degrees 46 minutes 39 seconds W, a

distance of 2,488 feet (approx. 0.2 miles SW

of Tillman Ln. & Dresslerville Rd.). Water will

be used for quasi-municipal and domestic

purposes from January 1st to December 31st

of each year. The existing point of diversion

was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section

20, T13N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from

which the NE corner of said Section 20 bears

N 45 degrees 47 minutes 51 seconds E, a

distance of 7,245.98 feet. Water was used for

quasi-municipal and domestic purposes from

January 1st to December 31st of each year.
