APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91678

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

28th day of March 2022 Moana Nursery, a

Nevada Corporation of Reno, Nevada made

application to the State Engineer of Nevada

for permission to change the point of diversion

and place of use of 0.302 c.f.s., 62.80 a.f.a.,

a portion of water heretofore appropriated

under Permit 30232, Certificate 9771. Water

will be diverted from an underground source

at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4

Section 8, T13N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point

from which the SW corner of said Section 8

bears S 32 degrees 53 minutes W, a distance

of 3,488 feet (approx. 0.25 miles N-NW of

the intersection of Airport Rd. & Heybourne

Rd.). Water will be used for irrigation and

domestic purposes from January 1st to

December 31st of each year. The existing

point of diversion was located within the NE1/4

SW1/4 Section 8, T13N, R20E, MDB&M

or at a point from which the NE corner of

Section 32, T13N, R20E, MDB&M bears N 11

degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance

of 14,692 feet. Water was used for irrigation

and domestic purposes from January 1st to

December 31st of each year.
