A drive-through flu vaccine clinic is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the Indian Hills Senior Center at James Lee Park. Bring your insurance card, or $20 if you’re under- or uninsured. It’s going to be first-come, first-served, so get there early if you want a shot.

I took the Caldor Fire’s temperature this morning and it doesn’t look like it’s doing much. The fire is at 93 percent contained and hasn’t grown in the last week, or so.

You could smell the humidity in the air on Tuesday. We should see clouds roll in today with a high of 68 degrees as the front arrives. The first rain won’t arrive until early Thursday morning, with a chance of rain going up after lunchtime. Whether it rains remains to be seen, but there will be wind, at 5-15 mph gusting to 25 mph.
