Thanks from Sagehens

The Topaz Sagehens wish to thank the community members of Douglas, Lyon and Mono counties who supported our first annual Holiday Bazaar, formerly known as the Fall Boutique, held at the TRE Community Center on Nov. 6. Because of all your efforts our bazaar was a great success.

Sagehens, spouses and significant others helped by recruiting and organizing vendors and space, selling raffle tickets, setting up, preparing and serving food and beverages, and cleaning up afterward. A special thanks to Walt Lindsay for his delicious chili donations and to those Sagehens who donated home-baked goods.

Kudos to those Sagehens who either donated or obtained raffle prizes. We appreciate the generosity of the following businesses: Barone & Reed, Carson Valley Country Club Restaurant, Davis' Country Cafe, Legare's Beauty Shop, Legare's Coffee Depot, Maggie's Place, Nevada Trading Co., Reflections Salon (Deb and Patti), Rosie's Place, Suzette's Enhancement, Topaz Lodge Lakeview Restaurant, Topaz Marina, Welling Book House, and the Topaz Lodge General Store.
