Head south for boutique/bazaar

The Topaz Sagehens Fall Boutique will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Topaz Ranch Estates Park Building. New vendors, local crafters, a raffle and the "Queen for a Day" prize are included. Prizes include, two for $100, dinner, gifts, haircuts, etc. Refreshments include chili dogs, drinks and baked goodies. For information or raffle tickets, call Micki Joye at 266-1025. Take Highway 395 to 208, left on Albite, right on Carter.

-- The 39th annual Antelope Valley Women's Bazaar will start at noon on Nov. 12, followed by a roast beef/turkey dinner and raffle from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Walker Community Hall.
