Tahoe Douglas Fire units are responding to a three-story structure fire on Tramway near Quaking Aspen.
Douglas County deputies are onscene conducting traffic control for the fire.
According to reports from the scene, the second and third story have flames visible.
The fire was reported at about 4:35 p.m. Reports are that the building was vacant.
