The University of Nevada Cooperative Extension's free Speaking With Confidence 4-H Program is 4-5 p.m. Mondays, beginning Jan. 31 and running through April 4 at the Douglas County office of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension, 1329 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville.

The program is for youth age 9 and older, who aren't required to be current members of a 4-H club. Register by Jan. 25 at the Cooperative Extension in Douglas County, 782-9960.

The 4-H clubs are youth development and leadership programs of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension.
