'Aladdin Jr.' opens May 7 at Children's Museum

Wild Horse Children's Theater presents "Disney's Aladdin Jr." at 7 p.m. May 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, and 4 p.m. May 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, 813 N. Carson St. in Carson City.

The play features songs from the Academy Award-winning film including "A Whole New World," "Friend Like Me," and "Prince Ali."

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for students and seniors, and $5 for ages 4-12. Children 3 and younger free if accompanied by an adult and don't occupy a seat. Tickets, www.wildhorsetheater.com or 887-0438.

Wild Horse Children's Theater host a prince and princess party, 2:30 p.m. May 8 and May 15, at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada.

Dress up in your finest prince or princess attire. Cost of $20 per child includes a child's ticket to the 4 p.m. performance with priority seating on the day of the party, a tea party with Jasmine and the Aladdin dancers, a photo with Jasmine, a craft activity and a special prize.
