Valley residents come through with donations to food closet

EDITOR:

We at the Carson Valley Community Food Closet want to thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity. The people of this valley have come through with food for the holidays and also a start on the later winter months when we sometimes fall short. We had more donations for our craft fair and thanks to those donating gift items and those who support us by coming every year and buying those items we were able to generate almost $5,000 in funds for donation.

We would also like to especially Douglas Disposal for their food drive which brought in 8,940 pounds of food. What a huge blessing.
