Open house for new BodyWise office in Indian Hills

Minden-based BodyWise Physical Therapy-Fitness is hosting an open house for their new branch in Indian Hills at 4 p.m. today and Thursday.

Monique Haviland started BodyWise in the Minden Village in 2005 and opened an office at Merrill Gardens in Gardnerville. The Indian Hills office will be their third location.

She said the Indian Hills location will have some similar fitness equipment as the Minden office, but will definitely focus on physical therapy.

"We have a new machine, The Matrix, which is a multifunctional training device with sport-specific settings," she said.

BodyWise features a new training program with ex-NFL football player JoJo Townselll.

BodyWise's new office is at 931 Mica Drive, Suite 1, in the Indian Hills Shopping Center. The open house will include appetizers, music and special guests. Information, 267-3396 or 783-7606.
