A funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 891 Mahogany for Gail Ann (Taylor) Rasmusson, 49, who died at home on Sept. 22, 2008, with her family in attendance.
Mrs. Rasmusson was born Sept. 29, 1958, to Stewart and Audrua Taylor, she lived in Antioch, Calif., before moving to Gardnerville.
Mrs. Rasmussonwas preceded in death by her husband, Dale, on June 13, 2008.
She is survived by her parents; brothers Bill (Victoria) Taylor, Randy (Katherine) Taylor; sister Lorie Sysum; sons Eric (Amy) Rasmusson, Christopher (Tara) Rasmusson, Dale Stewart (Katie) Rasmusson; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A viewing will precede the funeral service 9 a.m. Saturday.
Arrangements handled by FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Gardnerville. Donations in memory of Gail can be made to Greater Nevada Credit Union, Minden. account No. 810948, savings No. 2 with checks made payable to Chris Rasmusson.
