BASEBALL

Bryan Miller, jr., OF, Troy University: Troy earned an invite to the NCAA Tournament, where it will face Southern Miss Friday in the regional round.

Cal Lewis, sr., 3B, South Dakota State: The Jackrabbits won the Independent Tournament in Orem, Utah last week. Lewis finished the year just one short of the school record for home runs in a season with 16.

Chris Honer, soph., P, Point Loma: Season over.

Shane Cauley, jr., OF, Chico State: Season over

D.J. Brady, fr., OF, Mesa College: Season over.

Chad Walling, soph., INF, Western Nevada: Scored a run in a 2-0 win over Delgado in the first round of the National Junior College World Series and the Wildcats upset top-ranked New Mexico Junior College 8-4 Monday to remain in the winner's bracket.
