Bingo dedicated to Mike Biaggini cancer fund

The Gardnerville council of the Knights of Columbus is dedicating its March 9 Bingo Night to the Douglas County Sheriff's Captain Mike Biaggini Cancer Fund. The net proceeds from this event will be donated to help pay for his non-medical expenses related to his California trips for treatment. Grand Knight Chuck Ripoli hopes that the public will support this event so that it will provide a significant contribution toward meeting these expenses. This Biaggini's third time fighting colon cancer in the last five years. Doors open at 6 p.m. and play starts at 7 p.m. For information, call Ripoli at 265-6132 or 265-5350.
