Disciplining children in a loving and logical way without stress; using empathy and consequences is the premise of the Love and Logic Parenting Technique presented by Janet Carter, hosted by the Trinity Lutheran Childcare Center, 1480 Douglas Ave., Gardnerville.
The presentation will be given 6-8 p.m. Thursday, and is open to the public. The cost is $10. For Trinity parents and staff the event is free.
