The Douglas County Public Library and the Douglas County Animal Control are sponsoring a pet show on July 26 at 3 p.m. Bring your pet to Minden Park to win ribbons for fuzziest tail, smallest pet, biggest ears and more.
Nancee Goldwater from Douglas County Animal Control will talk about pet care; Patricia Murphy will talk about animal behavior. All pets must be restrained. If you don't have a pet, bring your favorite stuffed animal. For more information come to the library at 1625 Library Lane in Minden or call 782-9841.
