Artist Hervin to do demo at CVAA meeting

Demonstating for the Carson Valley Art Association meeting will be artist Reiko Hervin, who was featured in the June 30 issue of The Record-Courier.

At the July 28 meeting at 1:30 p.m. at the Douglas County Public Library in Minden, she will teach the attendees how to do origami.

President Beth Bosmans said, "In past years, this was so successful and enjoyable that we asked Reiko to come back. Everyone who attended last time completed an origami creation. It was a lot of fun."

The public is welcome to attend. After the demo, refreshments will be served and there will be a short meeting.
