Local artist, Reiko Hervin, will present her work with three other women artists, Nanette Oleson, Pamella Nesbit and Mary Kropelnicki at the Lyon County Courthouse Gallery in Yerington. The exhibit opened Monday, with an opening reception this Saturday from 5-7 p.m.
Nationally and regionally exhibiting watercolor artist, Reiko Hervin from Wellington, will be showing selected recent works that is typical of her exquisite still life and natural themes. She is recently a featured artist in the "Splash" watercolor book series.
Plan a visit to this public gallery venue. The Courthouse Gallery is in the Lyon County Administrative Complex located at 27 South Main St. in Yerington. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Partial funding for this exhibit was made possible from a grant from the Nevada Arts Council, a state agency, The National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency and the Lyon County Board of Commissioners.
