Artist Reiko Hervin will give a demonstration on negative shape painting in transparent watercolor at the next meeting of the Carson Valley Art Association, 1:30 p.m. April 25 at Western Nevada College, 1680 Bently Parkway in Minden.
Hervin has been teaching watercolor and drawing classes for 8 years. Her paintings were shown in the International art magazine, "Splash 9" and in national shows. Hervin has been teaching watercolor and drawing classes for 8 years.
