A memorial service for Evelyn Lamoureux, 88, a Carson City resident for the past 23 years, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the small chapel at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Mrs. Lamoureux died Dec. 10, 2003, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born March 23, 1915, in Central Falls, R.I., to Robitaille and Eva Vincent Moise.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Long Beach, Calif.
Mrs. Lamoureux was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Among her survivors are her sons Gerald of Keaau, Hawaii, and Michael of Lakewood, Wash.
Inurnment will be at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
