NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TIMOTHY GHAN has filed a Petition For Probate of a Holographic Will, For Authorization to Administer the Estate Under the Independent Administration of Estates Act (IAEA) With Full Authority, and For Issuance of Letters Testamentary of the Estate of OMATTIE SINGH-LUEDTKE, deceased, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 17th day of June, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in the Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
All persons interested in this proceeding are notified that if they have an objection to the Petition, they must file a written objection and appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPEAR UNLESS YOU WISH TO OBJECT.
