Genoa Historic District Committee
Public Hearing
A meeting of the Genoa Historic District
Commission will be held on February 22,
2024 at 4:30 pm. The meeting will be held at
the Genoa Town Hall, at 2287 Main Street,
Minden, NV 89423. The Genoa Historic
District Committee reserves the right to: take
items in a different order; combine two or more
agenda items for consideration; remove items
from the agenda; and/or delay discussions
relating to an item on the agenda at any time.
The applications below will be considered
under the Public Hearing portion of the
meeting. The final agenda and staff reports will
be online prior to the meeting on the County’s
website at http://douglascountynv.gov, click on
agendas and minutes.
For possible action. Discussion regarding
the creation of a non-exhaustive, informational
pamphlet of examples showing signs, lighting,
fences, colors, and other exterior architectural
features that meet the requirements of the
design criteria pertaining to the Genoa Historic
District.
