APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93240

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 26th

day of January 2024 Nicholas R. Garcia and

Alexis N. Weaver of Gardnerville, Nevada made

application to the State Engineer of Nevada

for permission to change the point of diversion,

place and manner of use of 0.014 c.f.s., 1.52

a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated

under Permit 25855, Certificate 7857. Water will

be diverted from an underground source at a

point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section

29, T13N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from

which the E1/4 corner of Section 32, T13N,

R21E, MDB&M bears S 22 degrees 01 minute

31.07 seconds E, a distance of 6,902.0 feet

(approx. 6 miles East of Minden, NV). Water will

be used for irrigation and domestic purposes

from January 1st to December 31st of each

year. The existing point of diversion was located

within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 29, T13N,

R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE

corner of said Section 29 bears S 43 degrees 08

minutes E, a distance of 3,789.0 feet. Water was

used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to

December 31st of each year.
