APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91867

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 25th

day of May 2022 Lawrence L. Reece, Trustee;

Lawrence L. Reece Trust, dated October 21,

1995 of Minden, Nevada made application to

the State Engineer of Nevada for permission

to change the point of diversion, place and

manner of use of 0.334 c.f.s., 12.14 a.f.a., a

portion of water heretofore appropriated under

Permit 72482. Water will be diverted from an

underground source at a point located within

the SW1/4 SW1/4, Section 33, T13N, R21E,

MDB&M or at a point from which the SW1/4

corner of said Section 33 bears S 53 degrees

19 minutes W, a distance of 1,045.25 feet

(approx. 8 miles West of Gardnerville, NV).

Water will be used for irrigation purposes from

January 1st to December 31st of each year.

The existing point of diversion was located

within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 2, T13N,

R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the

S1/4 corner of said Section 2 bears S 38

degrees 29 minutes E, a distance of 2,898.78

feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes

from April 15th to October 15th of each year.
