OF ROBERT H. THOMAS, JR. AND/OR ERMA JANE THOMAS AND/OR THE ERMA J. AND ROBERT H. THOMAS JR. 1999 TRUST U/D/T 03/01/1999 NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given to the creditors and contingent creditors of the above-named settlor(s) and/or the trust estate, that creditors and contingent creditors having claims against one or both settlors and/or the trust estate are required to file them with the Clerk of the Court of the Ninth Judicial District Court, County of Douglas, State of Nevada, located at 1308 Buckeye Rd., 2nd Floor, Minden, Nevada 89423, and deliver a copy to BRYAN THOMAS and ALLEN THOMAS, Successor Co-Trustees of the Erma J. and Robert H. Thomas, Jr. 1999 Trust, dated March 1, 1999, and any amendments thereto, wherein the decedents were the settlors, at 1625 Highway 88, Suite 304, Minden, Nevada 89423, within 90 days after the first publication of this notice. A claim form may be obtained from the Clerk of the Court. For your protection, you are encouraged to file your claim by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
