NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that James Daniel
Fondren is the successor Trustee of The Sue
E. Fondren Trust and that Sue E. Fondren,
the Grantor and initial Trustee of said Trust,
died on or about March 16, 2023, being at
the time of her death a resident of Nevada.
A creditor having a claim against the Grantor
and the trust estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after first publication of this
Notice.
